Day 1
Arrival in Shimla — Welcome to the Queen of Hills! On arrival at Chandigarh airport or railway station, meet our representative and drive to Shimla (approximately 3.5 hours). The drive winds through the Shivalik hills with beautiful views of the plains fading behind you. Check into your hotel and freshen up. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along the famous Mall Road and The Ridge, enjoying the colonial-era architecture, the Gothic Christ Church, and the crisp mountain air. Browse the shops for local handicrafts and woollens. Dinner and overnight stay in Shimla. Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing and Kufri — After breakfast, set out to explore Shimla. Visit the historic Christ Church, the Viceregal Lodge (former residence of the British Viceroy), and the Jakhoo Temple with its towering 108-foot Hanuman statue, reached via a short trek or ropeway. In the afternoon, drive to Kufri, a small hill station famous for its Himalayan Nature Park and horse riding. If visiting in winter, enjoy snow activities like sledging and skiing. Visit the Kufri Fun World and Green Valley for photos. Return to Shimla for a cosy evening at the hotel with a cup of hot chai. Overnight stay in Shimla.
